Law360Advocates Seek To Address Spokeo In 3rd Circ. Data Row: "In the Spokeo decision, the U.S. Supreme Court vacated a Ninth Circuit ruling that consumers can sue companies without alleging actual injuries. The high court remanded the case, finding that the appellate court failed to consider both aspects of the injury-in-fact requirement when determining Article III standing — namely that an injury is both particularized and concrete.

More than 100 cases were stayed pending Spokeo's outcome and the May ruling has been at the heart of extensive amounts of litigation since, the advocacy group said."
