In partnership with the National Institute for Trial Advocacy (NITA), NACA is offering a one-day program introducing litigation skills that is for legal service attorneys ONLY. Focusing on NITA’s Funnel Technique, this program will have you in small group workshops performing drills on many aspects of effectively taking depositions. Please note this workshop will be taking place the day before the Consumer Rights Litigation Conference.

What You Will Learn

Even in just one day, the NITA faculty guides you through performances in:

  •          Information gathering
  •          Use of exhibits in depositions
  •          Theory testing

After the program is over, you will be equipped with new skills and confidence that you can immediately put to use in in your next deposition.

Please note that this event is only open to legal service attorneys who are NACA members.  To keep the costs low, lunch will not be provided.
