Minal Gahlot is a trial lawyer with experience litigating cases in federal and state trial and appellate courts who handles consumer law cases, including auto fraud, predatory lending, banking and financing, consumer sales and special finance, and student loan and debt collection defense. She has also successfully defended and won appeals resulting in multiple publications. She is a graduate of University of Oklahoma College of Law.

Adam McNeile is an attorney in the San Francisco office of Kemnitzer, Barron & Krieg, LLP. Mr. McNeile graduated from the University of Southern California in 2008 and the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law in 2011. Mr. McNeile practices consumer protection law, focusing on automotive issues.

Lawrence Serbin is a partner at the Law Offices of Jason E. Taylor and is based in Charlotte, NC. He litigates personal injury and consumer cases in North and South Carolina. Larry’s consumer practice focuses primarily on auto fraud cases. He has successfully taken multiple cases to verdict against dealerships and repair shops. Larry enjoys the challenges and rewards of getting to the truth and exposing fraudulent behavior. Larry received his law degree from Capital Law School in Columbus, OH and his undergraduate degree from Ohio University.
