The 2015 amendments to the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure (FRCP) are no longer new but rather have secured their position in discovery practice. Join this webinar to learn how the discovery rules are working today with best practices that have evolved as the result of hard line focus by practitioners who are focused on the representation of consumers, investors, and victims of corporate misconduct. In addition to tools and best practices, you will learn about alternative search methodologies and efficient and effective meet-and-confer strategies to hone your discovery strategy and manage your discovery costs.
This intermediate-level webinar is geared to consumer attorneys who bring cases under federal statutes.
What You Will Learn
• How to apply the FRCP with the benefit of honed best practices
• How to use alternative search methodologies, not a one-size-fits-all approach
• How to address meeting and confers: strategic management of the process (substantively and temporally)
