E. Michelle Drake is a Shareholder at Berger Montague PC, where she supervises the Firm’s Minneapolis office. Ms. Drake focuses her practice on consumer protection, improper credit reporting, and financial services class actions. Ms. Drake serves on the NACA Board and the Board of Governors for the Minnesota Association of Justice, is a member of the Partners’ Council of the National Consumer Law Center, and is an at-large council member for the Consumer Litigation Section of the Minnesota State Bar Association. She is a frequent speaker and author of continuing legal education seminars and materials related to her practice areas and has been repeatedly recognized as a Super Lawyer.
Michael Reese is the founder of Reese LLP, a consumer protection class action law firm with offices in New York and California since 2008. Michael has litigated class actions since 2000, and prior to that was a prosecutor at the New York County District Attorney's Office. Michael has achieved victories on behalf of consumers for hundreds of millions of dollars and significant injunctive relief. Michael is a frequent lecturer and author on issues of class actions. Mr. Reese is also the chairperson of the Cambridge Forum Conference on Food Fraud and is also an executive committee member of the Plaintiffs’ Class Action Roundtable, where he lectured on an annual basis on issues related to class actions. Michael is also an adjunct professor at Brooklyn Law School where he teaches on class actions.
