Richard Diklich received a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology, Automotive and Business Majors. From 1966–1972, he worked as a Quality Control Supervisor at a Ford Assembly Plant. From 1972–2015, he served as an Instructor of Automotive Technology at Longview Community College. He has served as a subject matter expert for the analysis of service failures of vehicle systems, service history, vehicle valuation, pre-sale condition, collision repair methods, and odometer tampering. He has given expert testimony more than 250 times at deposition or trial in State and Federal Courts, both Civil and Criminal. He has extensive knowledge of consumer fraud and product liability.

Richard Feferman is the founding partner of Feferman, Warren & Mattison, the preeminent law firm in the southwest devoted to protecting consumers. Its three lawyers handle a wide variety of individual and class action consumer cases throughout New Mexico. Most of the firm's cases are lawsuits against car dealers, credit reporting agencies, abusive debt collectors, and predatory lenders. He edited and co-authored Consumer Law in New Mexico, published by the New Mexico State Bar Association. He has devoted his law practice to consumer law full time since 1993. Mr. Feferman is the National Consumer Law Center’s 2013 recipient of the Vern Countryman Consumer Law Award.

Christina Gill Roseman represents consumers at Roseman Law Firm, PLLC, with offices in Pittsburgh, PA and Morgantown, WV. She has successfully tried numerous cases against automobile manufacturers and dealerships. She is rated as an AV Preeminent attorney, the highest ranking, by her peers through Martindale Hubbell, has been selected as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer for 2014, 2016, and 2017, and is NACA’s West Virginia state co-chair.

Minal Gahlot is a trial lawyer with experience litigating cases in federal and state trial and appellate courts who handles consumer law cases, including auto fraud, predatory lending, banking and financing, consumer sales and special finance, and student loan and debt collection defense. She has also successfully defended and won appeals resulting in multiple publications. She is a graduate of University of Oklahoma College of Law.
