NACA is actively engaged in promoting a fair and open marketplace that protects the rights of consumers, particularly those of modest means. In addition to the practice-specific legislative work NACA takes on, we are particularly focused on:
- working to eliminate forced arbitration clauses from consumer contracts;
- addressing the need to change the current structure around attorney fee tax policy; and
- partnering with like-minded organizations to increase our leverage and bring additional resources to bear on legislative and government regulatory bodies.
