NACA joined public interest groups on a letter to Bank of America condemining the bank’s recent move to add a forced arbitration clause to its Online Banking Agreement and urging the bank to remove the provision and restore its customer’s right to choose to go before a judge and jury. Bank of America previously ended its use of forced arbitration clauses in its consumer contracts in 2009.
