NACA sent a letter to members of the U.S. House Committee on Financial Services ahead of a mark-up urging them to reject the Unleashing AI Innovation in Financial Services Act, H.R. 4801, which would allow financial institutions to seek waivers from federal consumer protections for their AI products and services.
