Eight Public Interest organizations, including NACA, submitted a comment to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau in support of its proposed rule on overdraft fees, emphasizing that the rule could only be effective with strong enforcement mechanisms. As such, the CFPB should continue efforts to rein in forced arbitration in financial services.
