NACA and Groups Urge Senate to Confirm Pending Agency Nominees

NACA joined a letter from 79 public interest groups to Senator Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) urging confirmation of pending nominees at financial regulators and other independent agencies including the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Commodity Futures Trading Commission.
