NACA Calls on CFPB to Take Action on Forced Arbitration to Address Junk Fees

NACA submitted comments in response to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau’s Request for Information Regarding Fees Imposed by Providers of Consumer Financial Products or Services. The comment urges the Bureau to protect consumers harmed by junk fees by restarting its previous work to limit forced arbitration.
