NACA Joins Coalition Letter Opposing the Midnight Rules Relief Act, H.R. 77

NACA joined a letter to the U.S. House of Representatives opposing the Midnight Rules Relief Act, H.R. 77, which would amend the Congressional Review Act to allow the simultaneous disapproval of dozens of regulations finalized near the end of presidential terms with a single joint resolution.
