NACA Joins Letter Opposing Bill that Would Weaken CFPB

A coalition of national, state, and local organizations sent a letter to the U.S. House Committee on Financial Services opposing the TABS Act, which would take away the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau’s independent funding structure and bring it under the congressional appropriations process.
