NACA Joins Letter to Senate Opposing Resolution to Overturn Big Tech Payment App Supervision Rule

NACA joined a coalition of over 100 public interest groups to send a letter to the U.S. Senate urging them to vote ‘No’ on S.J. Res. 28 – a joint resolution to overturn the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau’s rule to bring large non-bank payment service providers under the same oversight that applies to banks.
