NACA Sends Letter to U.S. House Members Expressing Concern and Urging Support for CFPB

NACA sent a letter to the U.S. House Committee on Financial Services ahead of a hearing entitled “The CFPB Semi-Annual Report: A New Day at the CFPB Through Reform” in support of a strong CFPB that adheres to its statutory mission to protect consumers, while highlighting the damage that has been caused to agency since Acting Director Russell Vought was installed.
