Hays Cauley is a consumer/debtor’s firm that only provides services to consumers/debtors, which include litigating cases in which creditors have violated the FCRA, the FDCPA, the TCPA, TILA, the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, and South Carolina law. Will’s main areas of practice include all of the aforementioned areas, but center around debt defense and automobile fraud.
