In the States: NACA Joins Letter to Virginia Governor in Support of State Class Action Bill

NACA joined groups on a letter to the Governor of Virginia urging her to sign SB229/HB449 into law. The bill would authorize Virginia consumers to band together to bring class actions in state courts and modernize parts of the Virginia Consumer Protection Act.
