New York: NACA Sends Letter Recommending NY Governor’s Approval of Arbitration Transparency Bill

NACA and the National Consumer Law Center sent a letter to the Office of the Governor of the State of New York urging approval of S. 926/A. 3318 which would require companies that conduct consumer and worker arbitrations to publish data about arbitration proceedings among other protections.
