Position: FCRA Discovery eCourse Development Team Member
Term and Commitment: Up to 12 Months
Committee Overview
Conducting effective discovery in an FCRA cases is crucial to obtaining the evidence needed for a successful outcome. NACA is developing an eCourse focused on how to overcome FCRA discovery challenges.
Major Functions and Responsibilities
- Develop virtual tools and exercises to strengthen discovery skills
- Help promote the finished product
Volunteer Commitment
We anticipate that it will take approximately six months to twelve months to create the product. Volunteers will need to commit to developing content in between group meetings. Meetings will be held every three to four weeks. Volunteers should expect a time commitment of about three to four hours per month.
Required Qualifications
We are looking for volunteers with at least five years' experience with FCRA cases.
