NACA is actively engaged in promoting a fair and open marketplace that protects the rights of consumers, particularly those of modest means. In addition to the practice-specific legislative work NACA takes on, we are particularly focused on:

Working to eliminate forced arbitration clauses from consumer contracts;

Addressing the need to change the current structure around attorney fee tax policy;

Partnering with like-minded organizations to increase our leverage and bring additional resources to bear on legislative and government regulatory bodies.

Consumers Ascending: Join the Fight for Your Rights

Every day, big businesses and their high-powered lobbyists tell Congress what to do. They ask lawmakers to make it easier for them to cheat us and then shield themselves from liability.
