NACA Joins Letter Opposing Budget Bill Provisions That Restrict Access to Justice

NACA joined public interest organizations on a letter to the U.S. Senate opposing the inclusion of provisions in the reconciliation bill that would undermine access the courts and prevent the judiciary from acting to address unlawful behavior by the federal government.
