NACA and Partners Urge FTC to Include Auto Dealers in its Junk Fee Rule

NACA joined a comment to the Federal Trade Commission urging the agency to reconsider its decision to exempt auto dealers from the scope of its proposed rule on junk fees. The rule would be consistent with the requirements of the previously proposed Combating Auto Retail Scams rule which would also target unfair and deceptive fees.
