NACA Joins Groups on Comment in Support of Petition to FTC to Reopen Click to Cancel Rulemaking

NACA joined a comment in support of a petition submitted to the Federal Trade Commission to reintroduce and reopen its Click to Cancel Rulemaking that it previously finalized in 2024. In 2025, the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals struck the final rule down due to purported procedural deficiencies.
