NACA Joins Letter Opposing Deregulatory Provisions in Budget Bill

NACA joined with organizational allies on a letter to the US Senate opposing the inclusion in the reconciliation bill of provisions designed to attack regulations protecting the public. Such provisions do not impact the budget or only have incidental impact, making their inclusion inappropriate.
