NACA joined public interest groups on a letter to the U.S. Senate Committee on Banking, Housing, and Urban Affaairs to urge members of Congress to defend the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau from attempts to dismantle it and to fight to preserve the Bureau’s independent funding and single director structure.
