NACA Testifies on Proposed Amendments to Federal Rules of Evidence Regarding “Machine-Generated” Output

NACA member David Nagdeman submitted and presented testimony on behalf of NACA to the Committee on Rules of Evidence at a hearing regarding Proposed Federal Rule of Evidence 707 which would permit parties to introduce “machine-generated” output into the evidentiary record without expert testimony on the material.
