Cy Pres awards are a significant source of funding for NACA. We rely on the generosity of our members to award cy pres donations to the organization. Cy pres funds allow us to meet the needs of our members by providing them with training and educational opportunities, forums for communicating and networking, and other resources to help improve their practices. This, in turn, better equips them to fight to fulfill our mission of promoting justice for consumers and protecting their rights from unfair, fraudulent, and abusive business practices.
Directing a Cy Pres to NACA
