Speakers

Adam Deutch of Northeast Law Group, LLC is a consumer rights lawyer in western Massachusetts. His practice focuses on the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act, and Unfair Deceptive Practices Act cases. He has written articles and maintained a podcast intended for consumers and other attorneys on issues in consumer rights law.

Adam Stofsky is a lawyer and serial entrepreneur. He is the CEO of Briefly, a content and services platform that specializes in making legal information more accessible and creates custom content on legal and financial issues. Adam is a graduate of Amherst College and Harvard Law School. He worked as a litigator for five years, including serving as a law clerk for the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit as a Skadden Fellow at the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights Under Law). Adam then founded the New Media Advocacy Project (N-Map), which he ran for eight years. N-Map is one of the world’s leading media and human rights groups. Adam grew N-Map to a team of about thirty professionals around the world, then successfully transitioned the organization to new leadership to launch Briefly.
