Virginia: NACA Sends Letter to Virginia Senate Committee in Support of Bill Authorizing State Class Actions

NACA and NACA’s Virginia state chair sent a letter to the Virginia Senate Courts of Justice in support of SB 229, a bill that would allow Virginia consumers to initiate and join class actions, including under the Virginia Consumer Protection Act.
