NACA joined 64 other consumer, civil rights, faith, legal services, and community groups on a comment in response to the CFPB's inquiry into six major tech companies operating payments platforms. In particular, the lack of consumer protection in instances of fraud or error when using peer-to-peer payments platforms should be a serious cause for concern for the CFPB.
