CLE Information (Deadline May 16th)

NCLC & NACA applied for CLE credits only in the states in which attendees cannot apply themselves or where our 2025 conferences are hosted. For attendees in some of these states, we will report attendance for you. This includes the following states:

  • California (NCLC & NACA report attendance)
  • Georgia ((NCLC & NACA report attendance, attendee is billed $4 per credit hour)
  • Illinois (NCLC & NACA report attendance)
  • Montana (NCLC & NACA report attendance)
  • Pennsylvania (NCLC & NACA report attendance)
  • Washington (NCLC & NACA report attendance)

Deadlines:

If you practice in California, Georgia, Illinois, Montana, Pennsylvania or Washington, you must complete a copy of the Certificate of Attendance by Friday, May 16, 2025. NCLC & NACA will report attendance only for the following states: California,  Georgia, Illinois, Montana, Pennsylvania, Washington.

For reporting in all other states, attendees must apply for CLE credits on their own. Attendees will be provided a Certificate of Attendance via email after filling out this form following the conference. Attendees will also be provided with all materials needed including the agenda, session presentations and supplemental materials, and speaker bios. To simplify the process, NCLC & NACA have created a list of CLE applications for attendees by state.

How to report CLEs:

  • Find your state on this sheet and check your state’s reporting status
    • NCLC/NACA Reports - We will send your self-reported attendance record to the state on your behalf. If you do not fill out the certificate of attendance by  Friday, May 16, 2025, your attendance will not be reported.
    • Self-reporting - You must apply and report your attendance to your state (see below for all resources you will need). You can fill out the certificate of attendance at any time, but we strongly recommend reporting to your state within 1-month of the conference.
  • We have linked out to CLE applications - please work with your state CLE board if you have any questions on how to self-report.
