To make this event as safe as possible for our attendees and staff, we will expect everyone to abide by our code of conduct and all polices in effect for the event.

We will continue to monitor and update safety precautions based on national and local guidance and reserve the right to modify these policies and procedures at any time based on the situation.

Vaccination Strongly Encouraged

Informed by current public health recommendations, NCLC/NACA policy is that all participants at the 2024 Spring Training (including the Post Conference Workshops), including presenters, attendees, exhibitors, and staff are strongly encouraged to be fully vaccinated and boosted within the last year.

Testing Requirement Prior to Arrival

In addition, we ask all attendees to take a rapid (home test is ok) or PCR test and produce a negative result no more than 72 hours prior to arrival at the Spring Training. This is done on an honor system, conference staff do not need to view test results.

Testing Onsite

Tests will be available on-site for anyone who may be showing symptoms or had an exposure. We ask that anyone who has symptoms onsite to take a test. Masks and hand sanitizer will also be available at the conference registration desk.

Cancellation Policy for Covid-Related Cancellations

Any registrant who cannot attend the Spring Training Conference due to COVID - either their own illness or a family member's - will be provided a full refund.  This includes anyone who receives a positive test result when compiling with the 72 hour test prior to arrival.
