Lemon laws are changing rapidly across the country, including a revision in California law that makes it more difficult to bring lemon law claims. In this time of turmoil and uncertainty, NACA and NCLC want to bring together attorneys who handle lemon law and warranty cases to learn new tactics and strategies to help consumers fight back when sold a clunker and win their case.

FDCPA & FCRA Discovery Track
