Why a Virtual Spring Training?
NACA’s new online Spring Training combines a subject matter-focused conference with the resource opportunities of a large conference. Due to circumstances with the COVID-19, we are holding this conference online this year, and it will be pay what you can. This event will be limited to members.
We would kindly ask any members who can afford to pay something to do so. Any payment/donation you make to the conference will help us cover our costs and allow us to continue to hold similar trainings for all our members.
An online event is a wonderful opportunity for everyone, no matter where they are located, to join in the learning and the online networking. This will be a gathering of the NACA community. There will be opportunities to learn and to participate in facilitated networking opportunities before and during the Spring Training to help build your relationships with and grow your network of fellow consumer attorneys.
You will experience in-depth learning in three tracks—FCRA, Auto Fraud, and Litigation Skills—through interactive sessions that allow you to engage with your peers. The sessions not only focus on teaching subject matter knowledge, but also on teaching practical skills to help you become a stronger lawyer.
If you have been to a NACA webinar, you know how to use the platform. We will host all sessions online throughout a four-week period in late May and June using our current webinar platform with simultaneous conversations happening on our community platform. The first week of training will include the FCRA and Auto Fraud Fundamentals workshop sessions, and the next three weeks will be divided among the three conference tracks (FCRA, Auto, and Litigation Skills).
There will be over thirty-two sessions that you can attend. Our moving the conference online means you can attend as many of the sessions you want and can receive CLE credits for those you attend live. You will also have access to every one of these sessions for free through our training library. If your state allows self-study credits, you can get CLE credits for any session you watch on your own schedule! After all Spring Training sessions have been broadcast, certificates of attendance will be created upon request for attendees to submit for CLE credit. If you live in California, Florida, or Oregon, those states are already pre-approved for CLE credit.
Due to the extraordinary circumstances we are all facing right now, we want to enable as many members to attend as possible. NACA made the decision to make this a pay as you can event. We would kindly ask any members who can afford to pay something to do so. Any payment/donation you make to the conference will help us cover our costs and allow us to continue to hold similar trainings for all our members.
The NACA Spring Training is open to NACA members only. The sessions will be available for purchase from our Training Library for nonmembers after the event. NACA reserves the right to refuse or cancel all ineligible registrations at any time and shall not be held accountable for any outside fees associated with cancellation.
