NACA Online Spring Training 2021

NACA’s second online Spring Training combines a subject matter-focused conference with the resource opportunities of a large conference. Due to circumstances with COVID-19, we are holding this conference online again this year. This event is a member-only opportunity.

Pay What You Can

Again this year, we ask members to pay what they can, if you can afford it. Any payment/donation you make to the conference will help us cover our costs and allow us to continue to hold similar trainings for all our members.

SPONSORSHIPS ARE AVAILABLE

Join Your Community Online

Because this event is online, it is a wonderful opportunity for everyone, no matter where they are located, to join in the learning and the online networking. This will be a gathering of the NACA community. There will be opportunities to learn and to participate in facilitated networking opportunities during the Spring Training to help build your relationships with and grow your network of fellow consumer attorneys.

Learn in Three Tracks

You will experience in-depth learning in three tracks—FCRA; Auto Fraud; and Mediation, Arbitration, and Negotiation—through interactive sessions that allow you to engage with your peers. The sessions not only focus on teaching subject matter knowledge, but also on teaching practical skills to help you become a stronger lawyer.

CLE Credits

There will be forty-four sessions that you can attend. With an online conference, you have the option to attend every single session or as many as you want, and you can receive CLE credits for those you attend live. Most of the sessions will be recorded and will be able to be watched any time in the future (those not being recorded will be indicated as such.

If your state allows self-study credits, you can get CLE credits for any session you watch on your own schedule! After all Spring Training sessions have been broadcast, certificates of attendance will be created upon request for attendees to submit for CLE credit.

The Spring Training has been approved for Minimum Continuing Legal Education credit by the State Bar of Texas Committee on MCLE in the amount of 52.50 credit hours, of which 2 credit hours will apply to legal ethics/professional responsibility credit. This course has also been approved by the Mandatory Continuing Legal Education Commission of Alabama for a maximum of 53.7 hours' credit, including 1.9 hours of ethics (Class ID 254376).

The Spring Training is also approved for CLE credits in California and Florida (FL course number 2102860N). NACA is seeking approval in several other states and will announce that upon approval. Sessions have also been approved by the Pennsylvania State Bar (excluding Marketing Your Practice to Find FCRA Claims and Becoming an Automobile Litigation Attorney in California).

Registration Rates

Due to the extraordinary circumstances we are all facing right now, we want to enable as many members to attend as possible. NACA made the decision to make this a pay-as-you-can event. We would kindly ask any members who can afford to pay something to do so. Any payment/donation you make to the conference will help us cover our costs and allow us to continue to hold similar trainings for all our members.

Eligibility

The NACA Spring Training is open to NACA members only. Some sessions will be available for purchase from our Training Library for nonmembers after the event. For membership information, visit our website.

An online event is a wonderful opportunity for everyone, no matter where they are located, to join in the learning and the online networking. This will be a gathering of the NACA community. There will be opportunities to learn and to participate in facilitated networking opportunities before and during the Spring Training to help build your relationships with and grow your network of fellow consumer attorneys.

You will also have access to every one of these sessions for free through our training library. If your state allows self-study credits, you can get CLE credits for any session you watch on your own schedule! After all Spring Training sessions have been broadcast, certificates of attendance will be created upon request for attendees to submit for CLE credit. If you live in California, Florida, or Oregon, those states are already pre-approved for CLE credit.
