Throughout the spring and summer of 2021, the NACA Board of Directors undertook an extensive process to develop a strategic plan to guide the work of the association for the next three years. The plan will be reviewed and revised on an ongoing basis.

The high-level goals include:

  • Broaden the definition of consumer law.
  • Connect our members, and others in the consumer law field, to each other. This will be done through the convening of people, mentoring, member engagement and training opportunities.
  • Advocacy, with a focus on developing partnerships.
  • Financial Expansion through fundraising and litigation projects.

The NACA leadership and staff will use these goals as our compass to set the direction of our organization over the next few years.
