NACA and Law Student Advocates Submit Comments to CFPB on Overdraft Proposal

NACA joined the nationwide Consumer Law Advocates, Students, Scholars (CLASS) Network, the UC Berkeley Center for Consumer Law & Economic Justice, and student consumer justice groups at the University Maryland-Carey School of Law and UC Berkeley School of Law to submit comments to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau in support of its proposed rule to limit overdraft fees.
