NACA partnered with the UC Berkeley Center for Consumer Law and Economic Justice to submit comments to the Consumer Financial Protection on its proposed rule to create and maintain a public registry for terms and conditions that limit consumers’ legal rights in the contracts of supervised nonbank products.
