NACA and partner groups submitted a petition for rulemaking to the Federal Trade Commission. The petition urges the FTC to crack down on abusive yo-yo auto sales by requiring auto dealers to include specific language in consumer credit contracts that states the signed contract is the final agreement between the dealer and consumer.
