Class action litigation is one of the most powerful legal remedies available and a powerful tool for you as an attorney. Class actions allow individuals who might otherwise be overlooked and underserved to be compensated for the fraud that hurt them. It allows you, as a consumer attorney, to level the playing field.

Litigating a class action claim requires new skills and provides opportunities to expand your practice. The Class Action 101 eCourse is a three-month online course that will connect you with the community, knowledge, and resources to become a class action attorney. Attendees are eligible to receive ten CLE credits.

Scholarships are available. Members of Public Justice are eligible to receive NACA member pricing. Email Rebecca Smolar to start the process.

• live instruction with top class action attorneys from across the country
