Committee Overview

One of the thorniest challenges facing attorneys handling credit reporting cases is determining the value of a case. NACA is recruiting a team to develop a series of innovative tools and products to help determine the value of an FCRA case throughout its life cycle.

Major Functions and Responsibilities

• Develop virtual tools and exercises to strengthen discovery skills
• Help promote the finished product

Volunteer Commitment

We anticipate that it will take approximately six months to twelve months to create the product. Volunteers will need to commit to developing content in between group meetings. Meetings will be held every three to four weeks. Volunteers should expect a time commitment of about three to four hours per month.

Required Qualifications

We are looking for volunteers with at least five years' experience with FCRA cases.
