In this week, you will learn how to evaluate the venue choices for the class, how to pick your venue and claims for multi-state class actions, and how to determine if you class meets the threshold for a class case.

In this week, you will learn how to effectively provide notice to the class and work with Class Administrators.
This week will include a facilitated conversation with John Albanese and class administrators on March 20th at 12pm - 1 pm ET.
Weeks of March 25, 2024 and April 1, 2024: Getting Settlement Approved
In this week, you wil learn, how to handle common objections that arise during class settlement negotiations, how to draft an effective timeline for settling class cases, and how to address attorney fee challenges that arise in settlement negotiations.
