We are optimistic that the Spring Training will take place in-person as scheduled in 2023. To make this event as safe as possible for our attendees and staff, we will expect everyone to abide by our code of conduct and all polices in effect for the event.
We will continue to monitor and update safety precautions based on national and local guidance and reserve the right to modify these policies and procedures at any time based on the situation.
Vaccination Requirement
Based on current recommendations, NACA and NCLC leadership has decided that all participants of the 2023 Spring Training and the workshops, whether a presenter, attendee, exhibitor, or staff, are requested to be fully vaccinated and boosted.
Potential participants who have not been fully vaccinated and boosted for COVID-19 for health or religious reasons must produce a letter signed by a medical professional or member of the clergy to receive consideration for attending the conference. To request an exemption, please email [email protected].
Testing Requirement
In addition, we ask all attendees to have a negative result on either a rapid or PCR test no more than 72 hours prior to arrival in Louisiana. Tests will be available on-site for anyone who may be showing symptoms.
Any registrant who cannot attend the Spring Training due to COVID - either their own illness or a family member's - will be provided a full refund.
